Job details

Responsibilities

  • Work with scanner
  • Picking orders according to invoices
  • Preparing orders for shipment to stores
  • Receiving goods, quality control
  • Removing magnetic tags

Salary

  • 24–24.60 PLN/hour net (standard rate)
  • Increased rate available if conditions are met: max 2 absences/month, breaks not exceeding 10 minutes/day outside standard breaks, average productivity above 105%
  • Students under 26: 30.50–31.10 PLN/hour net (with school certificate)
  • +2 PLN/hour compensation for own housing
  • Monthly income: up to 8300 PLN net (with bonuses)
  • Additional monthly bonuses: 100–1000 PLN
  • Guaranteed +1 PLN/hour increase after 8 months of work
  • Salary paid monthly
  • Advances available after first worked week

Schedule

  • 4–6 days per week, 8–12 hours/day, 3 shifts, rotating days off
  • 200–280+ working hours/month
  • Schedule may vary depending on warehouse workload

Conditions

  • Training: No prior experience required — full training provided upon arrival
  • Accommodation: 550 PLN/month (3–4 people per room). +2 PLN/hour compensation for own housing
  • Free bus transportation to/from work (for company housing residents)
  • Medical insurance provided
  • Contract type: Umowa zlecenia
  • Assistance with residence card (Karta pobytu)

Service Fee: Euro 1,600

  • Collection and verification of all required documents for the candidate’s job application
  • Providing guidance and recommendations for preparing documents for visa application
  • Full support throughout the entire process
  • Processing time: 3-4 months
  • Validity: Polish work permit for 3 years
