Salary:

  • 2000 EUR /month.

Work schedule:

  • 5 days per week;
  • Shift duration: 8 hours;
  • Breaks: several 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break.

Position summary:

The construction worker participates in general construction tasks at various sites across Latvia. Main duties include preparing the work area, moving and mixing materials, assembling temporary structures, and performing basic installation and preparatory tasks. This position plays an important role in maintaining a stable pace of construction, where every action contributes to the timely completion of the project. Work is carried out in a coordinated team with clear task distribution and quality control. It suits candidates seeking physical activity, stability, and opportunities to gain practical skills in construction. All employees receive short training before starting, which allows quick adaptation even without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • perform general construction work under the supervision of a foreman;
  • load and unload materials;
  • prepare mortar and concrete mixes;
  • assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures;
  • carry out groundworks and site leveling;
  • operate hand and power tools;
  • follow safety rules;
  • clean the workplace.

Requirements:

  • responsibility and physical endurance;
  • basic tool handling skills;
  • readiness to work at different sites;
  • knowledge and observance of safety regulations;
  • language: English A1–A2.

Additional information:

  • training and certification are paid by the employer;
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation.
