Job details:

Position summary
The worker assists skilled specialists on the construction site — masons, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and others. Tasks include preparing the work area, supplying materials, cleaning the site, and performing basic manual labor under the supervision of a foreman. This position is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in construction and start a stable career. The work is dynamic, involves teamwork, and requires organized task execution. All employees receive training and the necessary equipment to ensure safe and comfortable working conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- assist qualified workers during main construction tasks;
- load and unload construction materials;
- prepare the work site and clean up after tasks are completed;
- mix and supply concrete or mortar;
- maintain order at the site and organize tools.
