Salary:

  • Approximately 300 EUR
  • Overtime is paid according to UAE legislation;

Work schedule:

  • 5 days per week;
  • Shift duration: 8 hours;
  • Breaks: 30 min.

Position summary

The worker assists skilled specialists on the construction site — masons, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and others. Tasks include preparing the work area, supplying materials, cleaning the site, and performing basic manual labor under the supervision of a foreman. This position is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in construction and start a stable career. The work is dynamic, involves teamwork, and requires organized task execution. All employees receive training and the necessary equipment to ensure safe and comfortable working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • assist qualified workers during main construction tasks;
  • load and unload construction materials;
  • prepare the work site and clean up after tasks are completed;
  • mix and supply concrete or mortar;
  • maintain order at the site and organize tools.
