Requirements

  • Sanitary book (can be arranged on site – 240 PLN)
  • Willingness to work in cold conditions (+4 to +6 °C)
  • No prior experience required
  • Language: Not required (coordinators speak Russian, Polish, and English)

Responsibilities

  • Women: Line work – cutting, separating meat from bones, packing wings and fillets, quality control
  • Men: Loading meat (up to 15 kg), preparing mince, hanging sausages (6–10 kg), packing, quality control

Salary

  • 22.03–30.50 PLN/hour net (depending on age, student status, PIT-2)
  • Monthly income: 5000–7700 PLN net (depending on hours and bonuses)
  • Working Hours per Month: 210–250
  • Advances available after the first worked week

Schedule

  • 3 shifts: 06:00–14:00hrs, 14:00–22:00hrs, 22:00–06:00hrs
  • 6–7 days per week
  • 210–250 hours/month
  • Noisy environment, manicures and jewelry prohibited

Conditions

  • Training: Full training provided upon arrival
  • Accommodation: free (only utility fees – 350 PLN/month)
  • Food: tea, coffee, ready-to-eat meals (sausages, cutlets) provided
  • Work clothes: provided and changed daily
  • Contract type: Umowa zlecenia
  • Medical insurance included
  • Coordinators available in Russian, Polish, and English

Service Fee: Euro 1,600

  • Collection and verification of all required documents for the candidate’s job application
  • Providing guidance and recommendations for preparing documents for visa application
  • Full support throughout the entire process
  • Processing time: 3-4 months
  • Validity: Polish work permit for 3 years
